I am a fan of the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm however this is expensive and a true luxury product, so I thought I would try The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter.
First of all, this do not smell anywhere near as good as Emma Hardie, however it is less than half the price. This one is £13 for 100g. When I first opened the tin the product looked like a very firm texture for a balm, however it did melt easily in my hands to a sumptuous oil. I was amazed that it removed all of my makeup including waterproof mascara!
Definitely not a ‘princess-product’ like the Emma Hardie but much nicer than using a traditional cream cleanser! A cheaper alternative to the Emma Hardie but still effective at removing makeup!
I found these sandals in the children’s (young girls) section of Newlook and couldn’t resist them (especially at just £7)!
I am not saying that they are at all similar, but they reminded me slightly of the trend of studded sandals set by the Valentino Rockstuds. It is also very rare to find black studded sandals on the highstreet and with the studs being star shaped then I just couldn’t resist!
I start a new job this week so wanted fairly neutral nails but with some personality. Hence why I chose this combination. the colour is stunning yet still professional and the glitter is delicately subtle.
This colour was extremely difficult to get a true photo of!
This is a white with a slight sparkle! It is simply stunning!
The sparkles isn’t particularly noticeable on the nail but really makes the colour look bright and fresh!
A pretty colour with a beautiful formula!
First of all, yes I got a little over excited that my nails matches my phone charger so had to take a photo!
For me this is the most perfect summer colour. It is the perfect cross between a pink and a coral and would suit any skin tone!
And to make it even better it is from Nails Inc’s NailKale range which contains kale to nourish and strengthen the nail.
If you want a colour that you won’t want to take off all summer then this is the one!
This polish is advertised as ‘2 coats drying completely hard in 6.5 minutes’ so I was excited to try this product.
I chose this lovely nude pink colour.
First of all, the colour is much more yellow than I was expecting from a nice pink! It’s not a horrible colour but is definitely not as pretty as I was expecting.
And worst of all this polish does not dry hard in 6.5 minutes. if anything it took longer than my usual Nails Inc to dry!
The formula was not the best and was rather runny!
This really wasn’t the standard I was expecting from a £15 nail polish!
I am lucky that in my job I do not need to have ‘professional’ looking nails!
I used Nails Inc Clerkenwell Leather effect polish as the base and Nails Inc Kings Road Foil effect polish for the polka dots.
Polka dot nails is one of the easiest nail art designs yet looks professional!
